Help, I need somebody! (Please Comment)

I really need help, okay as you know I have no computer right now in other words no Phototshop.
well it turns out because my computer is ridiculously old, it can't hold Photoshop any more, and Dave (my mom's awesome boyfriend) says I would have to use another program for art...but I don't know what else to use because I've only ever used Phototshop so I have no idea what other programs I could use (please no one say GIMP cause I tried that already) So tell me, what programs you use or have used.

I'm pretty bummed out by this right now so yeah, and Cheeses Crust this also brings me further behind with the Hetalia Icon Family and you won't believe this: I've already stared my Hetalia Christmas Project
